The 309.65m tower consists of 56 office floors, including the ground-level lobby and the Level 41 skylobby, totaling 117,695 square meters in gross floor area (GFA). The 150.75m second tower consists of 34 residential floors totaling 50,067 square meters in GFA. The complex also includes 36,000 square meters of retail on the north and southeast parts of the site.

The following workflows use Dynamo scripts to create building mass, floors, surfaces, structural diagrid and penalization of the custom geometries.
